At Live.Love.Lift. we follow something called the 80/20 rule!
Let me explain.

80% of your total daily calorie intake should come from whole foods, fruits, veggies, lean protein and healthy fats.๐Ÿฅ‘๐ŸŽ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ•
This means 20% of your total daily intake can be โ€œflexibleโ€ and can be allocated to foods you really enjoy, like Oreos, ice cream or pizza. ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฉ
As an example, if you were eating, 2000 cals per day, roughly 1,600 cals (80%) would ideally come from chicken breasts, apples, berries, sweet potato, carrots. And roughly 400 calories (20%) can come from your fav fun foods, what Iโ€™m holding above ๐Ÿ˜‰

And why does this style of eating work best? The answer is....

To have success in any body and health transformation, you MUST set aside the time to track and prep your food, like you set aside time to shower and brush your teeth!

Keep it simple!
Toss 8 seasoned chicken breasts in the oven or on the BBQ
Boil and mash up with a bit of butter and spices
Cut up 3-4 heads of broccoli and cauliflower tossed in a vinaigrette salad dressing.
