On Thursday, 23 May, at 9:00 AM, the Computer Engineering Advising Team and Computer Engineering Club hosted an impactful motivational talk session in Bilik Seminar, FKJ. The event featured the charismatic Associate Prof Ts Dr. Mohd Kamaruddin Abd Hamid, Deputy Dean of Academic & Internationalization.

In a relaxed and supportive setting, Dr. Kamaruddin’s dynamic presence and inspiring words captured the full attention of the first-year computer engineering students. He addressed the common challenges students face with their academic subjects, offering reassurance and practical advice on how to overcome these difficulties. His talk emphasized the importance of interdependence, understanding one’s purpose, and striving for continuous improvement.

Students left the session feeling motivated and committed to becoming better engineers, without feeling pressured. This event provided an excellent opportunity for students to connect with their academic advisors and peers.
