It’s so bittersweet to see this house close, it was so much fun to watch it being built from the ground up, additionally, this military family was such a blast to work with, always having me laughing 😂

Why am I suited up? Well, when your buyer clients inspector asks you if you want to tag along in the crawlspace, you can’t say no! 😂 I'll take all the knowledge I can get!! Big thanks to Dave & Micah with Next Step Inspections for lending me their extra suit and sharing their expertise during my buyer's inspection. 🔎

Look at that small crawlspace behind us! 😳 I made it through the whole thing, luckily, we had some cloud coverage, but it was still really humid! 😅

I’m glad to have gained a bit more knowledge today, and this definitely won't be my last time in a crawlspace. It was kind of fun honestly 🤷‍♀️😂

Today, I had the pleasure of attending a comprehensive three-hour Continuing Education (CE) course focused on the recent changes to the 2024 GAR forms and commission agreements.

One of our local lenders, Clay Hadstock, was incredibly kind to sponsor this meeting and very helpful in answering all our questions about the current market and how to adapt to these changes.

I had the chance to go to Burton Brooks Orchard/ Famers Market after a showing in Ray City yesterday! 🍑🍨

I got one bag of peaches and one watermelon! I decided to make a peach cobbler last night and it was delectable👌 10/10. The peaches won’t be in season forever so make sure you go by with your friends and family while you can!
