Hey everyone 👋

Happy New Year and all that! I just thought I’d take some time to introduce myself properly with the worst selfie ever 🤣

I’m Charlotte (my friends and family call me Lottie). I work full time as a Mental Health Nurse, and I’m 29 in a couple of weeks (so don’t forget to bring chocolate to your sessions please🤣).

I chose to come into the Non-surgical industry, not because I believe people should change what they dislike about themselves, but rather to enhance their unique features and learn to feel amazing about in their own skin. I’ve struggled with my own weight pretty much all my life, and I’m not going to lie it’s made me incredibly insecure. I developed some poor eating habits and a negative inner dialogue as a teen which have even stayed with me as an adult.

I treat myself to a non-surgical bootylift last year to sort my pancake arse out, and I was so impressed that I had to buy the machine 🤣🤣

Anyway, the point is I’m so happy that I can now offer services to women (and men!) that can build self-esteem and improve body image. I’m a huge advocate of wellbeing and believe that body image can contribute to poor Mental Health. It effects our mood, confidence, appetite, the way we view ourselves, our ability to form relationships…….. and so much more! And I’m so excited to see all of my beautiful clients (and hopefully some new faces too!) Also, I am hoping to expand my services further so keep your eyes peeled for some exciting new treatments in the new year ✨
