I believe that nature is a powerful ally to our life on this planet and also to our journey of growth, resilience and happiness. The health and wellbeing benefits of nature have been widely researched and reported over the past decade. The same can be said for mindfulness and physical activity. I have created a retreat that brings together hiking, mindfulness, nature and coaching to help people:
