Hey ya'll we are working on getting some bread going again real soon... BUT... in the mean time - all you dog owners out there... we just made a special batch of Spent Grain Dog Biscuits... Basic recipe is white flour, spent grain from a homebrew (No alcohol and no hops involved), peanut butter and banana. Let us know if you'd be interested... we shared some with a few neighbor dogs and they seemed to LOVE them!

Did somebody say pretzels? If you weren’t aware it is Octoberfest time of year and nothing goes better with October then Pretzes! We have two flavors this time around - original sour dough salt pretzel and NEW sour dough garlic parm pretzels. 4 pretzels $6 place you order for pickup later tonight and/or tomorrow..

Hey y'all, Brecken and I want to first thank ya'll for being so kind! You guys helped us have 2 great weekends.
We are considering other bread options since this weekends spent grain was such a success. Going to have to brew another batch to make more of that one! We are considering focaccia, ciabatta as two potential next tries. Any other thoughts/suggestions ya'll'd be interested in?
Incase I missed anyone OR if you were interested and didn't get a chance. We have 2 to 3 loaves of Spent Grain Bread and about 4 or 5 pretzel roll bags left over...

New addition to the family… Spent grain white rye loaf!!! Fresh from the oven…
So, we should have 5 bags of Pretzels tomorrow... also going to try to do Pretzel Rolls and if they work will be selling them like the pretzels... and also trying a rustic bread made out of spent grains from my most recent homebrew of an Octoberfest Marzen.
FYI - we still have 2 loaves of Sour Dough left... if someone doesn't take them soon - I'll have to slice them up and put them in my own freezer :) Anyone interested?

On July 19, 2021 Brecken was diagnosed with a rare disease called 7q11.23 Duplication Syndrome. This child has struggled her whole life in and out of doctors office with various issues from the day she was born. She struggles with ADHD, ODD, Dyslexia, Growth Deficiency to name a few. We have decided to create an at home bakery for all to enjoy. We will donate 10% of every sale to a Charity for Rare Disease Research ( we will be searching sites in the coming weeks ).
