PLANNING AND ORGANISATION

…is something that a lot of us struggle with. For many, like myself we feel great once we have established a plan and routine but struggle to stick to it long term. Others don’t know where to start.

Taking time each week to plan the coming 7 days can be super helpful and a great place to start. I personally love iCal as it syncs across all of my devices, but have also been a big fan of Google Calendar and physical planners in the past.

Swipe across for some more tips to help you plan your week! I have also just uploaded a weekly planner template if you are needing some help to getting started.

Hey everyone I’m Pyp!

I have completed both my Cert III and IV in Fitness, and am currently studying a Bachelor of Pre-Medicine, Science and Health (Exercise Science) at UOW.

Outside of study, I am a sucker for good music, the ocean, a cheeky marg with the girls, and am near always up for a chat!

I’m so excited to be offering Group and Personal Training, as well as Boxing Coaching out of

Forward Motion (noun):
the act of moving forward (as toward a goal)

Movement has always be an integral part of my lifestyle, whether that be through group classes, pilates, netball/footy training or even just a quick walk along the beach. No matter the age, I have always seemed to turn back to movement and exercise to ensure my body and mind stay healthy.

Life can get busy - with work, study, social events and family pressures. Balancing these commitments can be tricky, but I believe any change has the capacity to be viewed as a positive.

Progress is not linear, but it is important to keep our motion heading forward…

and that’s where I come in.
