An entryway bench made from cherry, with engraving in the top rail and a comfort-fitted seat hollowed out with the CNC router. There are 18 tenons for joinery within the legs of this bench.
Fir flooring we made. Planed down, tongue & groove machined in, soft grain brushed out and also beaten up before many coats of high quality clear.
A very small glimpse into what we're working on. A kitchen with an antiqued finish using crackling and glaze.
Doing a bit of CNC work for a Lord of the Rings fan. This will be part of a display case.
We did this from a picture online, converted to a CNC file in a matter of minutes.
We will be at the Red Deer Home Show this weekend with a kitchen we made. The show runs tomorrow noon until 8, Saturday and Sunday 10 to 6 pm.
Some before and after pictures of a large renovation (nearly) done for a customer this year. Refinished existing hardwood cabinets, changed layout and added a few cabinets to match. New island with soft-close drawers. Removed or moved a couple walls for an open layout, moved a lot of electrical from them. New vinyl flooring upstairs and carpet downstairs. Refinished existing stair railings. Added lighting to brighten things up. Made and installed new solid interior and sliding doors upstairs. Tiled backsplash and tub surround. Customer painted entire house. Keith-Joe Punter
Installed this nice dark tile along with the painted wooden feature beside it for a sharp looking contrast. Also painted the ceiling and installed nearly 50 new LED disc lights.
A customer with a 'good' amount of books needed a couple bookcases and made really good use of otherwise wasted space. From a couple years ago
Built by Keith-Joe Punter
A project built by Case Punter and installed with Keith Punter. The floor and walls here used to be pre-cast concrete with a white plastic ceiling. With white oak, walnut and hickory incorporated together with rusted metal features for that added rustic effect. Done with positive air pressure to reduce the smell from the barn. This is one beautiful project we will never forget as it was such a pleasure doing for Faberdale Dairies while watching the cows go by on the rotary parlor.
