The most common reason this happens is when a caregiver forgets to remove the child from the vehicle. Statistics are showing that high-tech alert devices and reminder apps, alone, are not preventing hot car deaths. No one wants to believe it could happen to them. But it is happening. It only takes a few minutes for the interior of a car to reach a dangerous temperature.
