Just want to take a minute to firstly thank everyone who has allowed me create cakes and desserts and trust me with making treats for your special occasions. It truly warms my heart.

Please know that I am still very much here and in the kitchen when you need me. All I ask is please reach out sooner rather than later. I wish it were a perfect world and could create everyday in the kitchen. As a PSW and working full time with hours that vary week to week

6 inch 3 layer s'more cake off the assembly line today
This is a vanilla almond cake with marshmallow fluff and chocolate ganche anf crushed graham wafer between each layer. Wrapped in chocolate buttercream Topped with more chocolate ganache amd finished off with toasted marshmallows, hershey chocolate and chocolate dipped oreos.

This was a first for me but when my friends husband reached out asking for a surprise for his wife for her birthday I couldn't say no.
apples tossed in cinnamon, brown sugar and butter cooked until caramelized. Layer and repeated. Topped with crumble and homemade caramel sauce Topped off with vanilla whip cream
