Mango and chia work so well together and it makes for the perfect light, fulfilling summer morning. You can make this mango chia seed pudding at night- let it set in the fridge overnight. In the morning, quickly chop up a mango to go with the pudding.

INGREDIENTS-
1 cup milk ( use almond milk if you want to make a vegan pudding)
1/4th cup chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
1 cup chopped mango or mango purée

PROCEDURE –

In a glass jar, combine milk, maple syrup and chia seeds. Whisk well.
Rest it over night in the fridge until it becomes thick.
Serve with mango purée or pieces.

And ta-da, your fresh fruity breakfast for the day is ready.

Ultimate seed crackers are a crunchy, flavorful, homemade cracker recipe that's naturally gluten-free, grain-free, nut-free and vegan. Made from flax seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, they're super easy to make and great for snacking.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Nutrico pumpkin seeds
1 cup Nutrico flax seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees fahrenheit.

Add the pumpkin seeds to a food processor and pulse several times, until it resembles coarse sand.

In a large mixing bowl, add the pumpkin seeds and all remaining ingredients. Stir together for a minute, until the seeds start to gel together.

Get two 11x17 baking sheets and set aside. Place half the mixture on a large piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll to your desired thickness. Repeat with the other half.

Use a knife to score the mixture into evenly sized pieces.

Place the parchment sheets with the cracker mixture onto the baking sheets and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until fully dehydrated, rotating the pans half-way through. Allow crackers to cool completely, then break apart.

Make this super healthy, uber cool, pocket friendly, flax seed butter right in your home easily and get your daily dose of omega 3 fats.

1. Dry roast Nutrico flax seeds in a pan, tossing frequently, till its fragrant. When you take it in your fist, you should feel the heat. Switch off the stove and let it cool down to room temperature.

2. Transfer to a mixie jar or food processor and run till the flax seeds are ground to a coarse powder.

3. Add, salt, sweetener of your choice (if using) and run the mixie once again. Add 1/4 cup oil first and process it till it all comes together in a mass.

4. Add the remaining oil and grind till the butter forms into a smooth paste. This should take 2-3 mins. Keep scrapping the sides with a spatula. Flax seed butter is ready.

You can use this flax seed butter, as a spread on breads just like jam or nutella, drop spoonfuls while making smoothies, swirl some spoonfuls into your porridge or just eat it plain straight from the bottle.

Seeds are an essential part of a plant-based diet. They’re like little nutritional powerhouses. They are also gluten-free and super easy to make.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Nutrico’s Pumpkin seeds ( raw)
½ cup Nutrico’s sunflower seeds ( raw)
1 heaping cup large flaked coconut (unsweetened)
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup nutrico’s chia seeds
¼ cup Nutrico’s flax seeds
generous pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup honey ( warmed for easier mixing- heat jar in a hot water bath)

Preheat oven to 165 °C (150°C if electric oven)
Mix the seeds and salt together in a medium bowl. Stir in vanilla and warm honey, until uniformly combined.
Place a piece of parchment in an 8 x 8 baking pan ( all the way up the sides too) . Spray lightly with oil.
Pour seed mix into lightly greased, parchment-lined pan and using a wet metal spatula, spread it out, into corners and edges and press down firmly until you have a compacted, smooth surface at a uniform depth.
Place on the middle rack in the oven for 40-55 minutes. Check at 25 minutes adjusting heat down to 150°C, if edges seem too brown. For a chewy consistency, take out at 40-45 minutes, for a crispier crunchy consistency, let it cook the full 50-55 minutes.You want to take them out when they are perfectly golden, before they get too dark.If you take them out too early (before they are golden) they may be too chewy and sticky.
Remove from the oven, and cool completely. You could place it in the fridge to cool faster. When it’s completely cooled, take the parchment out of the pan, turn it over and remove parchment. Flip back over and cut into desired shapes or bars. Store at room temp.

SUPER SEED ENERGY BALLS
You can have this in the morning to keep you refreshed throughout the day. You can have this if you a getting a sweet craving because it has just the right amount of sugar for you!

1/2 cup Nutrico’s sunflower seeds (75g)
3 tablespoons Nutrico’s chia seeds (25g)
3 tablespoons Nutrico’s pumpkin seeds (30g)
100g dates (without seed) - (2/3 cup approximately)
3 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon ground Nutrico’s flaxseeds
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Grind sunflower seeds , chia and pumpkin seeds in a food processor until coarse. If you have a powerful food processor, this will only take a few seconds. You don't need it 'finely ground' - but you do want it broken down into tiny pieces (sort of rustic looking).
2.Add the dates and raisins and then process until everything starts combining together and the dates/raisins are well broken down.
3.Add the coconut, Nutrico’s flaxseed, cacao and vanilla extract.
4.Process until everything is evenly combined.
5.It should stick together nicely if you compress between your fingers.
6.Take small chunks with a teaspoon and roll together into balls.

Makhana Chaat recipe
Nutrico’s Peri-peri makhana 1 packet
Oil 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 2 pinches
Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Onion 1
Tomato 1/2
Coriander leaves few

Method:

Finely chop the onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
In a pan add oil, turmeric powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and amchoor powder.
Give it a quick mix and immediately add nutrico’s peri peri makhana.
Mix well and let this roast for 2-3 minutes.
Be careful not to burn this.
Switch off the flame.
Actually you can consume the spicy roasted makhana after this
Transfer the roasted makhana to a wide bowl.
Add the finely chopped onions, tomato and coriander leaves.
Squeeze the lemon juice, give it a mix and serve immediately! 😋

Tomato and Sunflower Seed Dip Recipe

Ingredients
2 Tomatoes , core removes and chopped
2 tablespoons Nutrico roasted Sunflower seeds
1 Green Chilli
2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
2 Stalks Spring Onion Greens , chopped
Salt , to taste
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Take Nutrico Roasted sunflower seeds out into a bowl once. Next in the pan add the tomatoes and sauté them until they are cooked and roasted well.

Allow the tomatoes to cool down and add all the remaining ingredients like the sunflower seeds, green chill, coriander leaves, spring onion greens and salt to taste and blitz it in a mixer to form a creamy paste. Check for salt and serve.

Serve the Tomato and Sunflower Seed Dip along with Home made Nachos or Baked Multigrain Mathri to have it for your evening snack.

Nutrico Chia seed Detox water:You will definitely appreciate a couple of sips of this refreshing, appetite suppressant drink, because not only will you be rocking a flat tummy after a while, but your energy levels will also be through the roof.
How to make Nutrico chia seed water

Ingredients
2 tablespoon Nutrico chia seed
4 cups water
5 fresh mint leaves
1 lemon

Instructions
Wash the lemon and mint leaves.
Cut the lemon into desired pieces.
Fill a jug with water and add the lemon slices, mint leaves and Nutrico chia seeds.
Let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
Stir for at least 30 seconds to ensure the ingredients are properly mixed before drinking, as the chia seeds tend to stick at the bottom of the container.
