My co-dentist broken a pro taper rotary file before properly doing initial filing with k-files.
The broken file is struck at the apex.
I then did the BMP, then on the next visit did the obturation. Patient was kept under observation for three days before permanent filling was done.
Broken file struck ? Just bipass and obturate.🦷

1st Rvg : underobturation was done by some dental quacks
2nd Rvg : Guttapercha cones were removed by gpsolvent and Rvg was taken by placing 20mm files
3rd: Obturation till the apical portion of the roots are done

Tips during Ramadan
Brush after Iftaar and Suhoor
Don’t skip Suhoor.
Don’t overeat during Iftar (dinner).
Avoid eating fried foods, salty foods and high-sugar foods.
Drink as much water as possible.
Keep your meals healthy.
Whenever possible, opt for steaming, grilling or baked food.
If you use oil for cooking, settle for healthy options like canola oil.
Drink plenty of water (drink of choice), juices, milk, and soups.
Cut down on coffee, tea, soda, and all other caffeinated drinks – they have diuretic effects and thus dehydrate the body.
Refrain from smoking as it can reduce saliva production, so the bad breath can occur.

Neurofibromas—benign, slow-growing!
Intraoral neurofibro!They generally are superficially located, painless, and progressive but slow-growing lesions that vary in size from small nodules to large masses. Large lesions can interfere with mastication, speech, and oral hygiene!
The treatment of choice is complete excision. Recurrence is rare! So we have completely done excision and have sent the sample for biopsy !
