پشاور / اسلام آباد: خیبر پختونخواہ میں تعلیم کے میدان میں کام کرنے والی سماجی تنظیم پاکستان ڈیویلپمنٹ فاؤنڈیشن (پی ڈی ایف) کے چیئرمین محمد بلال سیٹھی نے پاکستان بیت المال کے نو تعینات مینیجنگ ڈائریکٹر ملک ظہیر عباس کھوکھر سے بیت المال ہیڈ کوارٹرز میں ملاقات کی اور انہیں بطورِ ایم ڈی بیت المال تعیناتی پر مبارکبا د پیش کی۔ انہوں نے بیت المال سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ بیت المال کی زیرِ کفالت خیبر پختونخواہ کے یتیم بچوں کی فیسوں کیلئے مختص فنڈ بروقت ریلیز کیا کریں تاکہ بچوں کی پڑھائی کا حرج نا ہو اور وہ ذہنی دباؤ یا پریشانی کے بغیر تعلیمی سرگرمیاں جاری رکھیں۔ ایم ڈی بیت المال نے مسئلے پر فوری ایکشن لیتے ہوئے یقین دلایا کہ بچوں کی فیسوں کی ادائیگی میں کوئی تاخیر برداشت نہیں کی جائیگی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر یہ بچے براہِ راست بیت المال کی زیرِ کفالت ہیں تو بیت المال خود ان کی فیسیں مقررہ وقت کے مطابق جمع کروائے گا اور اگر یہ بیت المال کے کسی ذیلی ادارے کی زیرِ کفالت ہیں تو اس صورت میں بیت المال ان اداروں سے فیسیں بروقت ادا کرنے کی یقین دہانی کرائے گا۔ دونوں اداروں کے سربراہان نے مشترکہ امور پر تبادلہ خیال کیا اور خیبر پختونخواہ کے نادار اور یتیم طلباء کی تعلیم پر مشترکہ کام کرنے کیلئے سیر حاصل گفتگو کی۔ اس موقع پر ایم ڈی بیت المال نے خیبر پختونخواہ کے طلباء کو خصوصی سکالرشپس دینے کے عزم کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وزیرِ اعظم کے وژن کے مطابق غریب اور نادار افراد کو سہولیات فراہم کرنا ہماری اولین ترجیح ہے۔انہوں نے چیئرمین پی ڈی ایف کی غریب طلباء کے مسائل کے حل کیلئے ذاتی دلچسپی کو سراہا اور امید ظاہر کی وہ اسی طرح غریب لوگوں کے مسائل سے انہیں آگاہ کرتے رہینگے۔ چیئرمین پی ڈی ایف نے کہا کہ غربت کیخلاف جنگ میں بیت المال کا کردار مسلمہ ہے۔ آخر میں انہوں نے سید عباس کھوکھر کو اپنے ادارے کی جانب سے سوؤنئیر پیش کیا اور ان کی نئی زمہ داریوں میں کامیابی کیلئے دعا کی۔

Members of Pakistan Development Foundation (PDF) would like to congratulate Professor Dr Qibla Ayaz on becoming Chairman of Council of Islamic Ideology, Govt of Pakistan. Earlier in the day, the President of Pakistan, Dr Arif Ur Rahman Alvi accorded approval of a summary to appoint Chairman and members of the CII.

Chairman PDF, Muhammad Bilal Sethi visited Dr Qibla Ayaz to congratulate him on his well-deserved appointment. He wished him best of luck for the second tenure. Besides members of the Board PDF, Dr Fatima Shaheen, Engr. Prof. Dr. Attaullah Shah, Mrs. Rukhsana Naheed and Mrs. Syeda Nazia Shah also congratulated Dr Ayaz and prayed for his success.

Dr Qibla Ayaz is one of the pioneer members of PDF. He has contributed a great deal to PDF. He also served the PDF as Chief Patron and is currently a senior member of our organization's advisory board.

Mr. Muhammad Bilal Sethi has been appointed as Administrator of the Pine Hills School and College, Abottabad w.e.f. March 23, 2021.

He has graduated in English from Edwardes College, Peshawar and has been an active educational activist of the province. He is the founder and Chairman of the Pakistan Development Foundation (PDF), a welfare organization that serves the needy people of the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in their education and health. Besides, he remained Director of the Educate Pakistan Project.

While speaking to the faculty members on his first day of acceptance of the responsibility, the Administrator vowed to improve the standards of education in the Pine Hills, thereby producing intelligent and intellectual students.
