6 years hand finishing, 4 years tool finishing. Have now spent the last 15 years purely as a drywall contractor. In 2005 we started to become a more complete Interiors Contractor by adding Metal Framing and Acoustical Ceiling work to our offerings. Have run up to 14 total crews (7 hanging, + 7 finishing). Currently, we are running on average 22-32 men. In peak times we run up to 60 people. We have done work for up to 23 Builders and General Contractors at once. 152 total over the years. Work mix has varied over the years from 50% residential 50% commercial to different variations of this. Work mix; We have done custom houses from 1000sf-17,000sf up tp $30M. Multifamily up to 254 units, Hotels, Major Medical Facilities, Many Types of Commercial Buildings up to $110M. Work has always included small repairs/restoration and remodeling work as well. We are members of the local Home Builders Associations and the NHBA. We have an active and aggressive sales plan that we work. We do call all Ohio Custom Home Builders and General Contractors on a regular basis to grow our business. We are ALWAYS prospecting. We pay our Suppliers on time; we believe that it is the right thing to do. We pay our Subcontractors on time; we believe that it is the right thing to do. We pay our Vendors on time; we believe it is the right thing to do. Our Accountant is involved in every facet of our business. We take business very seriously. Our Lawyer is involved in every facet of our business when needed. (2)

The crews that do our work are sometimes subcontractors. 80% of these work for us exclusively. They come from all different backgrounds and ethnicities. They are all from different age groups and levels of life and drywall experiences. We also employ 8 crews. Hangers, Finishers, Metal Framers, and ACT Installers. We are not perfect, our subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors are not perfect. The construction process is not perfect. We will always make every effort to do things right and make right the mistakes we make. We do have 5 active full time touch up/warranty/repair and supervisor personnel. They are employees. We have General Liability Insurance; all of our sub contactors are required to have it as well. REFERENCES:
