Struggling to find grass-fed dairy in India? Good news - all dairy is grass-fed in Monsoon! There is a visible difference in the color of ghee produced in May v/s July, way darker and full of goodies.

So stock up on ghee and load the freezer with cheese and butter to last you up to the end of Summer. Just make sure the item is produced between July-January, it doesn't have to be expensive grass-fed stuff, even your usual Amul ghee will be of superior quality during these months.
