These will all be delivered to local St. Louis area residents through the North Sarah Food Hub's ongoing food delivery program. Thanks to Hungry Planet for the generous donation of vegan products.

We gave out small cactus plants to all the moms at last weekend’s Mother’s Day food share. Big thanks to all the volunteers who contributed to making and purchasing the gift sets, especially Chef Erik for coordinating the efforts! I chopped up the cooked artichoke heart from the videos and put it in my creamy gnocchi with mushrooms.
I used chicken broth, cream cheese, little bit of lemon juice, garlic and pepper to make the sauce.
Paired with Meyer lemon marinated chicken breasts and steamed veggies. 95% food share!

Chicken tacos made with the marinated chicken breast from Thursday’s share. All foodshare except sour cream and cheese!
Vegan crab cakes with creole tarter sauce.
De thawed crab cakes in microwave then pan fried each side till browned. Tarter sauce is pickle relish, mayonnaise, creole seasoning, and lemon juice.
Spinach artichoke tortellini. Just thinned the spinach artichoke dip with half and half for the sauce.
Steamed broccoli

We have a new food share supplier! Thank you Hungry Planet for the generous donations of vegan crab cakes, ground beef, chicken patties, and sausages. We gave out of 400 boxes of vegan products yesterday to local residents, other food pantries, and nearby churches. Thanks for supporting STL Food Shares!
