There’s been quite a long delay with getting our formula completed and honestly, I have felt super useless, feeling like all I can do is wait for it to come!

My battle with acne has honestly been one of the longest in my life.

For 2 years between the ages of 22-24, I had cystic acne caused by a hormonal change after starting my first startup after University.

I was so self conscious that not only do I not have any photos from those 2 years that were close ups but I also left the country most of that time for fear that people would see me.

I literally have close friends who asked me, did you have acne?

Well here’s a photo of that moment that I stored away in a hard drive and I’m still hunting some photos down.

Because for the time first time in my life, I am confident enough to share them. ✨✨

That’s why I’m bullish on making sure our products are non comedogenic. Because I remember how hard it was for me to find products that suited acne skin and I want to make sure that everyone can use our blue Persian salt scrub.
