Staying extremely organized in the real estate industry is tricky especially when you’re working a bunch of files. There is lots of moving parts. Here is some of our tips to stay organized 👍🏽

Get rid of all clutter - it’s very easy to get a bunch of documents and paper mixed up. Give those documents titles and file accordingly

Make a habit of documenting everything

Use a good quality & user friendly CRM.

Keep a checklist

Anyone else having flashbacks to the hot spring market?? - We definitely are. Everyone on the team is extremely busy. Busier then on Black Friday for that matter. Check out what the team has been up to in the past week ⬇️

Sherry - Such a busy bee she has been. Sherry put 3 homes under contract, plus another is officially sold. On top of that….Sherry is in the process of putting 3 homes on the market….and actively working 2 buyers!

Reilly - Wild week for big guy! He put 2 homes under contract and he is actively bringing 3 MORE homes to market right away. He’s also out and about with 7 active buyers right now. Talk about crushing it!!

Conner - Rockstar Conner is actively working with 3 buyers, put 1 home under contact and absolutely crushing the phones In the past 7 days to build his client pipeline.

Farid - Farid is actively working with 5 buyers. Brought one listing to market and is crushing his prospecting to build his clientele.

Sydney - She’s out here holding it down in operations, lining up discovery tours left, right & centre, as well as… finding the perfect new fit for our team in the ISA department.

ANOTHER ONE!!! Such a cute little townhouse down in Walden. BRIX is preparing to bring another 6 properties to market in the next week. Stay tuned.
