Wockhardt Global School held a Fire Safety Awareness Program. On each of its PYP, MYP and DP wings respectively. Wockhardt Safety Officials took sessions in a sizable interactive fire safety lessons. The Wockhardt Safety team provided information on how to comply with fire safety legislation, how to safeguard people and property, what smoke is, and how to respond in an emergency.

On July 29, every year, International Tiger Day is celebrated to generate awareness regarding the dwindling population of the species. According to the World Wide Fund for Nature, the wild cat's population has dropped by more than 95% over the last 150 years.

National Science Day is celebrated annually on February 28 to commemorate the discovery of the 'Raman Effect'. Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman, an Indian physicist, announced the discovery of the 'Raman Effect' on February 28, 1928.

Marathi Language Day is celebrated annually on February 27 to honour the birth anniversary of the famed Marathi poet Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar, often known as 'Kusumaraj'. The poet was a Marathi writer, dramatist, novelist, short story writer, and humanist.

Language maybe just a way to communicate with each other but mother language is something that connects us with our culture. Happy International Mother Language Day.

The PYP exhibition is an event where students are given the opportunity to share their understanding of a real-life issue or topic they've covered. It’s a great way to help pupils reflect on all their learning while developing skills of presentation and assessment.
The exhibition is one of the final experiences of the IB Primary Years Programme, done at the end of the final year. As part of the exhibition, students will be encouraged to explore and document their understanding of important topics and learn from each other. www.wockhardtglobalschool.com

“TOK exhibition”. This task explores how TOK manifests in the world around us. Students are required to create an exhibition of three objects that all link to a TOK prompt. For each object, they also produce a short, written commentary that identifies each object and its specific real-world context, and justifies its inclusion in the exhibition.
This task really allows students to pick objects that are of personal interest and to see how TOK connects to their lives and to the world around them. This is strongly linked to one of the aims of TOK, which is to help equip students to effectively navigate and make sense of the world, and help prepare them to encounter novel and complex situations in their lives beyond school.
The TOK exhibition is an empowering assessment task that gives students a great deal of choice and allows them to present their achievements to a public audience.
