Chicken Handi Resturant style ~ Traditionally this curry is cooked on a earthen pot/ clay pot/terracotta pot on a low 🔥 flame but I don’t have one so I cooked this in a standard pot. And trust me it turned out super delicious 😋 .This curry is very popular in Pakistani & Indian restaurants/ dhabas. It’s creamy, it’s flavorful & can be prepared instantly!

Mint Coriander Chutney & Tamarind Chutney 😋- These chutneys are flavor enhancer for any chaat or deep fried / air fried snacks( like samosas, spring roll, pakoras, kachoris). These chutneys are a must-have at my home during Ramadan and a year through. Try out making these In your home and enjoy lip-smacking deliciousness 😋😋😋
Recipe for Mint Coriander Chutney:
⬇️Ingredients:
* 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
* 1 Bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
* 1 Medium Sized Tomato (chopped)
* 8-10 Garlic Cloves
* 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
* 3-4 Green Chilies (sliced)
* 1/2 Tbsp Salt or to taste
* 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
* 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
⬇️Instructions:
* Wash and chop the vegetables
* Add all the ingredients in the blender, add 1 or 2 Tbsp of water so that the ingredients blend easily
* Keep blending until all ingredients are well combined into a smooth paste.
* Taste check, add more salt, red chili or lemon juice as required
* Its ready! serve it as a dip, spread or condiment
Recipe for Tamarind (Imli) Chutney:
⬇️Ingredients:
* 1 Kg Tamarind (Imli)
* 1 1/2 liters Water
* 1/2 Kg Sugar
* 1 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
* 1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
* 1 Tbsp Chaat Masala
* 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
⬇️Instructions:
* Wash dried tamarind and soak in water over night
* Sieve the soaked tamarind and transfer to a wok.
* Add sugar and put it on medium heat, until sugar dissolves. Now add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and white vinegar.
* When it starts to thicken, taste check, add more salt, red chili as required.
* Remove from heat, cool and serve it as a dip or condiment.

These Chicken Samosa’s are gorgeous, deep fried, twisted pack of spicy goodness that oozes with chicken. It’s so tempting that it will leave you wanting more 💁🏻♀️
🌟Recipe for Chicken Samosa:
⬇️Ingredients:
500 grams chicken mince / qeema; can use beef or turkey as well
1 tsp-salt
1 tsp- red chili powder
¼ tsp- ginger paste
¼ tsp-garlic paste
1 tsp-coriander powder
1 tsp- roasted cumin bhuna zeera
½ tsp-garam masala
¼ tsp-red chili flakes
3 - 4 onions finely chopped
2 cups-coriander finely chopped
2 -green chili chopped
½ - 1 cup mint optional
40 - 50 samosa patti or spring roll wrappers, cut into the required size
4 - 5 tbsp flour or atta
Oil for frying
⬇️Instructions:
🌟Put the mince and water (about 1 ½ cups - 2 cups) in a saucepan.�
🌟Add salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander poweder and a few drops of oil.
🌟Bring the mince to a boil, and cook till water is evaporated and mince is cooked through.
🌟Take out the mince in a large bowl, and set it aside to cool.
🌟Add roasted cumin seeds, garam masala and red chili flakes to the cooked mince and mix well. At this point, the mince mixture can be kept in the freezer if needed.
🌟Add the onion, coriander, green chili and mint (if usinto the mince mixture and mix through. Set aside.�
🌟Mix flour and water in a small bowl to make a thick paste.
🌟Fill the samosa patti with the mince mixture (about 1 - 2 tsp of the filling), and fold it into a triangular shape using the sticky flour mixture to glue it shut.
🌟The samosas can be fried off right away, or frozen to use another day.
Butter Chicken| Murgh Makhni~ It is one of the most popular curries you will find in any Pakistani/Indian restaurants around the world. This delightful creamy butter flavored chicken is now easy to make at the comfort of your home. Serve with Naan, Chapati, roti this curry taste outstanding !😋😋😋
Recipe of Butter Chicken:
⬇️Ingredient:
* 300 gm chicken
* 2tbsp butter
* 2tbsp garlic and ginger paste
* 1/2 cup tomato paste
* 1 cup fresh cream
* 1 tbsp red chili powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1/2 tsp garam masla
* Salt to taste
* 3tbsp oil
⬇️Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger paste and stir-fry it.
2. Sauté chicken in it until its tender and done.
3. Now add tomato paste, red chili, cumin powder, garam masla, salt, and butter. Mix it well. Cook for 10 minutes or until the oil / butter separates.
4. Now add cream and cook for 1 minute.
5. Dish out and garnish with fresh green coriander. Serve with flatbread, roti,naan, or basmati rice ( plain cooked white rice ).

Zarda recipe| Meethe chawal | Sweet rice | Zarda pulao - This is a traditional sweet rice dessert of Indian sub-continent popularized by Mughals, also known as meethe chawal among the locals. This dessert has its special status in terms of its presence in celebratory occasions. It taste best when served warm and garnished with khoya / dried fruits/ nuts.
⬇️Recipe of Zarda | Meethe Chawal:
⬇️Ingredients:
1/4 cup- ghee (clarified butter )
2 tbsp- Khoya
2 tbsp- pistachio ( finely chopped)
2 tsp- raisin
2 tsp- dry coconut
5 - almonds (chopped )
2 pods- cardamom/ elachi
4- cloves/ lavang
1/4 tsp- saffron
1/4 tsp- orange food color
1/2 cup- basmati rice
1/2 cup- sugar
1 cup- water
⬇️Preparations:
🔆 First , heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pot and roast almonds, raisin, coconut, pistachio on a low flame for 1-2 minutes and keep aside.
🔆 In the remaining ghee add cloves, cardamom, water , saffron, orange color. Mix well, make sure the color is mixed well.
🔆 Add soaked basmati rice (30 minutes in water ) and mix well. Cover & cook for 10 minute on medium flame.
🔆 Making sure the rice is half cooked, add sugar, 2 tbsp ghee and roasted almonds, raisins, pistachio,coconut.
🔆Mix gently making sure the sugar melts. Cover it & simmer on low flame for 5-7 minutes or until the rice are cooked.
🔆 Garnish zarda with Khoya and nuts.

Baked chicken with veggies - This Oven- Baked chicken recipe is so simple yet taste magical. Easy and authentic, requires only 30 minutes to prep!!!

⬇️Ingredients:
4-6 pieces leg quarters
1/2 cup- plain yogurt
1 tbsp- lemon juice
1 tbsp- ginger garlic paste
1 tsp- salt
1 tsp- coriander powder
1 tsp- cumin powder
1/2 tsp- turmeric powder
1 tsp- chili powder
1/2-tsp- garam masala
1 tsp- Kashmiri red chili powder
A pinch of orange food color
Veggies:
Carrots 🥕
Green bell peppers 🫑
Red bell peppers
Cauliflower
Preparations :
🔆 Stir together yogurt , ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, food color in a large dish. Add the leg quarter and toss well to coat completely . Cover & chill for at least 30 minutes or 24 hours.
🔆 Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
🔆 Arrange a coated chicken leg quarters on a baking tray. Cover the baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
🔆 Bake the chicken for 15 minutes in fully preheated oven. Take the sheet out, turn each piece of chicken over and bake it for 15 additional minutes.
🔆 Take the baking sheet out and spread the veggies on top of chicken. Put it in oven for more 10 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes or with any of your favorites sides.
