I can’t believe I actually saw this on TV the other day. It blew my mind. Have you seen it? It was a commercial about a pill to give you long life. Here is a great exercise if you have tight hips like me, and want to gain distance and consistency. It’s called the Heisman and it’s great for leg power, hip mobility and separation of the upper body and lower body so you can go further in your backswing and fall through easier. Enjoy.
