Double baked our TTR snickers pastry. This legendary combination is back for Easter, on the counter from today we have dark roasted peanut frangipane, chocolate and a nutty crust.

To another year of rising

We did it! Another 365 sunrises, its our second birthday today of being able to open our big green doors to our wonderful bread loving community, to the rise started as a metaphor of many things, we started this journey 4 years ago when i needed a reason in a pandemic to rise up every morning, bread was that and what followed was people and community and a incredible purpose.

We thank everyone and are grateful for continuing the team to do what we love and thats bake amazing bread, craft pastries, perfect and the smoothest coffee or have the conversation you needed that day. So to another year of rises. To the people, to purpose, to the community, to the team, to another wonderful year by the sea.
