Yummy sambhar vada

Sambhar :
1. Arhar daal 1/2 small katori soaked overnight
2. Pumpkin
3. Ghiya
4. Carrot
5. French beans
6. Capsicum
7. Vegetable as per availablity
Recipe :
1. In a cooker put daal nd vegetable as per availablity in it
2. Put some salt nd haldi in it nd half spoon of oil in it nd put water nd close the lid nd boiled them
3. At a time prepare the tari for the sambhar Take 5-6 tomatoes and 1 green chilli small piece of ginger nd grind all the three
4. Make. A smooth paste take a pan nd put it on the gas put 2 spoon desi ghee on pan add pinch of hing nd jerra in it when the jeera crackles put sarso seeds in it nd put 2 full red chilli in it jd fried them
5. Put some curry leaves it in nd put 1 spoon of degi mirch in it nd put paste of tamotoes in it
6. Put salt dhaniya haldi garam masala nd 2 spoon sambhar masala in it. Cook it well
7 when the tomatoes cook properly then add the boiled daal nd vegetable in it after mashing in it
8. Boiled it properly nd add some amli water in it
9. At last sprinkle corriender leaves into it

Coconut chutney
1. Take half coconut nd cut into small pieces nd put it in jar add some green corriender leaves 1 green chilli pinch of ginger in it
2. Put some roasted chana in it add black salt nd anar dana in it nd add some water nd grind it properly
3. After grinding turn in it bowl
4. Take a pan nd put oil in it put some sarso seeds and when it crackles put some curry leaves and roast it properly nd put it on the chutney

For vada :
Ingredients
1. Urad dhuli daal
2. Salt
3. Pinch of soda

Recipe:
1. Soak urad dal overnight
2. In the morning drain the water nd grind the urad dal with minimum amount of water
3. Add some salt nd pinch of baking soda in the dal nd mix it with palm for 5-10 minutes
4. When the dal gets fluffy it is used to make vadaa
5. We could use vada machine or with ur palm
Tasty vada sambhar is ready to eat enjoy wid ur family ☺️

Yummy Dosa Sambhar
Ingredients:
For Dosa
1. 3 katori rice
2. 1 katori white urad
3. Baking powder
4. Salt
Recipe :
1. First of all, soak daal nd rice overnight
2. In the morning drain the water nd put daal nd rice in the grinder nd grinde it properly nd prepare a smooth paste of it
3. Add 1/4 tea spoon of baking powder nd salt as per taste in it.
4. Put the mixture in warm space for 3-4 hours for fermentation
5. When the paste is fermented look at paste it not thick or not very losse
6. Then it is ready for making dosa
7. Take a non stick tava put it on gas on high flame .
8. Put some oil on tava nd pour some water nd rub with a towel nd then put paste on tava
9. when dosa is cooked from one side then reverse it nd put some oil and cook it properly

For aloo filling
1. Boiled potatoes 5-6
2. Soaked chana daal 2 tea spoon
3. Masala
4. Oil
Recipe
1. Take a khadai nd put some oil in it
2. Add pinch of hing nd 1 spoon sarso when seeds of sarso crackle put some kari patta in it fry for few seconds then put the boiled aloo crumbled in it
3. Put salt haldi dhaniya red chilli powder amchoor power nd garam masala as per taste
4. Put 1 spoon of sambhar masala in it
5. Put 2-3 big spoon of sambhar it in
6. Mix it very well. Nd sprinkle corriender in it

Special Milk cake For this quarantine birthday
Ingredients:
1. Milk 2 kg
2. Powdered sugar as per taste
3. Paneer 250 g crumbled
4. Dry fruits for decorations
5. cardamom (green elachi) only seeds

Recipe:
1. Take a heavy bottom khadai and add 2 kg milk in it on high flame
2. When the milk boils turn the gas to slim nd keep stirring from the bottom
3. When milk remain half add crumbled paneer in the milk
4. Stir continuously nd when milk thicken put about 200g of sugar or as per ur taste nd keep stirring
5. When sugar melts add some cardamom
6. When the mixture remove the sides of the khadai then turn the gas off at the same tym greese a mould with desi ghee
7. Put the chopped dry fruits at the bottom of mould nd then put the hot mixture of the milk cake in it nd tap the mould
8. After that cover with lid nd than cover this mould with a towel nd remain it for 3-4 hours in inside place
9. Remove from mould nd turn it on the plate
10. Enjoy the tasty milk cake this quarantine with ur family ☺️

Special Quarantine Chocolate cake
Ingredients:
1. Maida
2. Baking powder
3. Baking soda
4. Coco powder
5. Vanilla essence
6. Milk
7. Powdered sugar
8. Chocolate syrup
9. Cashew
10. Vegetable oil

Recipe:
1. Firstly take 1 cup maida ,1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tea spoon baking powder ,half tea spoon baking soda ,half cup of coco powder nd seive the mixture to remove big granules
2. Add 3-4 drops of vanilla essence half a cup of oil to it
3. Add one cup of lukewarm milk nd add slowly slowly to obtain suitable consistensy
4. Now greese the mould in which u want to bake the cake with oil nd pinch of maida
5. Pour the batter into the mould
6. For baking if u using pressure cooker remove the whistle nd pour some salt on the bottom nd put stand into it so that cake dont touch the bottom now preheat it 10-15 min in mediunm flame
7. Now put the mould into the cooker nd check it after 15-20 min using a knife that it is properly cooked or not
8. Now switch off the flame nd remove the mould from the cooker nd let it for cool at room temperature
9. Now remove the cake with knife at the sides nd push so that it comes properly
10. Now decorate the cake with chocolate syrup nd some Cashew
11. Enjoy the soft nd spongy cake at this quarantine with ur family ☺️☺️

Special Dahi Bhalla by Alka Jain Rasoi

Ingredients:
1. Moong dal
2. Urad dal
3. Curd
4. Baking soda
5. Ghee
6. Salt
7. Chat masala
8. Roasted cumin
9. Chilli powder
10. Boiled potatoes
11. Green chutney
12. Imli chatni

Recipe:
1. Firstly soak both pulses overnight approx 2 cups moong dal 1 cup urad dal
2. In morning drain the water nd grind both the daal seperately
3. Mix both the daal add pinch of baking soda nd mix it very well for 5-10 minutes approximately with palm for extra softness
4. When colour of daal changes then it is ready for frying
5. Heat the pan in mediunm heat oil put the ball made from that daal mixture .
6. When the colour of the ball is golden brown it is ready
7. Then soak the ball in luke walm water for 2-3 hours with some salt it in
8. For preparing chat first of all squeeze the extra water from bhalla
9. Put it in plate then pour mashed curd imli chutney green chutney salt roasted cumin chiili powder boiled potatoes salt as per taste
10. Enjoy the soft nd spongy dahi bhalla with ur family at this quarantine period .
