New winter project started 1999 honda hornet, stripping and cleaning carbs today, treating everything to a thorough clean in the ultrasonic bath, once the carbs are rebuilt gonna check she runs sweet then tear the bike down into every part it will go and give it a full restoration

Installed the animal 50kw life 8000 combi today for on there bourne end project complete with a 35mm gas run from meter to boiler this beast has a 20.3lpm flow rate on hot water!!

Bit of welding and plasma cutting on site today for RB Construction Services Ltd at there bourne end project
Loving the new plasma cutter, cutting 8mm plate here like a hot knife through butter

Mobility scooter is coming along nicely, new frame is all painted and its starting to go back together, wiring loom to go on next, wont be long before she’s up and running

Sold the old mig and welcomed a brand new jasic mig200 into the workshop today, welds like a dream and made an easy job of the subframe for the petrol mobility scooter!! Thanks to S.P.A Welding Supplies Ltd for supply and delivery of the new welder
