How to create personal positive affirmations 💫

One of the greatest questions I have been asked is ‘how do I create a positive affirmation that is personal to me?’

1. Think of a limiting belief you currently hold.
‘I’m not deserving’, ‘I’m not good enough’…

2. Write this down. Read it, feel it.
How has this kept you small?

3. Now answer: this isn’t true because….

4. Write your new story.
‘I am always deserving of everything in my life’, I don’t need anyone else’s approval to be happy’

5. Turn this into a mantra.
‘I am always deserving of everything that is into my life and that will come into my life’, ‘I am and have always been enough, it’s my right to be happy and live a life I desire’ 💫

I set these as reminders in my phone that pop up throughout the day 😊 you can also write these on post it notes and put them on your mirror.

Tips for getting the most out of your shopping list:

1. Keep it on your fridge (I know, obvious given is magnetic🤦🏼‍♀️) but having it where you can easily access it is essential.
3. Write items on as soon as they are empty or need replacing.
4. When you are meal planning write what you need as you go to save money and time in the supermarket.
5. Don’t forget to peel it off and take it with you 😂 because we have ALL done that at least once.

Better late than never right?

I think I am finally finding my flow after the birth of Haven and am slowly getting back into work mode ☺️

2022 holds a lot of possibilities and this year I’m taking things slow and steady as let’s be honest it’s very unpredictable 😉

My intentions this year are short and sweet as you can see from this post. As I reflected on these I realised my main intention is to just live life a little more and care a little less about where I’m supposed to be ❤️
