Unfortunately usps will no longer allow us small business owners to file claims on your behalf as the new rule requires the customer to bring in packages to show any damages due to many fraudulent claims being entered. I don't agree with this but my voice doesn't matter lol and in order to get insurance payouts you have to bring in damaged packages.

Every package comes with $100 worth of insurance. If I need to I can always add more to the package but that usually covers most people.
