Its Monday... New week, new goals... Im back this week working at the station every night if anyone wants to come workout... Lets get it... I missed yall...
Its Monday again... Snow storm coming in but dont use it as a reason to hold yourself back... Do something... anything... you have to start somewhere...
So with the lack of participation... Im kind of bummed but Im not giving up... Im gonna try and get my squat rack here this week and whether yall show up or not... I will be working out at 8pm nightly... So if youd like to join... bring it...
