Day 4! Yeah... less aching.
Today did something different. Instead of constant running around the loop, We did distant intervals. Sprint half the loop followed by a slower run to catch my breath. It went well. Nice!

This is my first action towards a better body!
Starting 14 Jan 2022, I'm committed to reduce my weight to 68 kg from the current 76kg before my birthday 14 Mar.
With the help of Strava as my tracking partner.
My 3rd son Joseph has also agreed to help me throughout my this 2- months journey by pacing me daily! What a great son I have! Thank God!
