Well done and a massive thankyou to the ladies from Cynon-Back To Netball for joining us tonight to do a walking netball friendly.
Our ladies loved playing their first walking netball friendly and there has been lots of lovely positive feedback ☺️

Tomorrow, there will be a slight change in our venue. Due to the hall being out of use tomorrow, we will be holding our session on the outdoor netball court at Ynysangharad Park, Pontypridd.
Our session will be 6-7pm and will cost £3.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️
Due to Health and Safety restrictions our current venue for our Walking Netball sessions is temporarily out of use. Our Thursday sessions will be temporarily held at Gartholwg Lifelong Learning Centre (located in the small gym) from 5:50-6:50pm.
Looking forward to seeing you then 🤗
Lots of fun and laughter in our session on Thursday using balloons 🎈
For our warm up, the ladies had challenge of keeping the balloon up in the air and walking down the netball court to the opposite goal line.
The only way to keep the balloon up was to hit it up with a ball 🏐
If the balloon hits the ground, they had to start again.
As you can hear there was lots of fun and laughter 🤭
We continued using the balloon’s with our catching and variety of passing skills, played bench ball and a game of walking netball.
Just a reminder that there’ll be no session Thursday as it is half term. We will return on Thursday 22nd February.
