From the 22nd August to the 2nd of September, I will be working as a mobile massage therapist in Northern Ireland and Donegal area. I am mainly based in the North Coast area but I am willing to travel further (charges may incur).

All massage has many benefits which you can see if you scroll ➡️.

Sports massage just happens to target things like muscle tension and healing which often occur after sporting activities ⚽️🏀

But these benefits can be helpful in anyones day to day life, as we all get stressed sometimes, which can lead to tense posture and so muscle tension 😬.

So to answer the question, sports massage is for everyone, whether you would just like to relax after a long day at work 😎 or if you are recovering from injury 💪🏻
