Turn Off the Enemy in Your Mind

🦋Do you believe your thoughts have something to do with your destiny?

🦋Many of us speak to ourselves in demeaning and hurtful ways, using language we would never use with anyone else.

🦋And it's this way of talking to ourselves that defines how we view the world.

🦋If you’re constantly using language that assumes the worst of yourself, or that rattles off all the things you've done wrong - your entire world will be affected.

🦋While you want to feel free, open, calm and relaxed instead you become stuck in a cycle of dissatisfaction, anxiety, and fear.

🦋The good news is; when you change how you communicate with yourself, you’ll soon see how the rest of your world will begin to change, too.

🦋When you start paying attention to how you speak to yourself and the root judgments that are causing your negative self-talk, you’ll see how you are perpetuating the thoughts and feelings you don’t want through the very language you’re using on yourself.

🦋The world is full of possibilities rather than liabilities - you need to let go of the negative self-talk and speak to yourself from a place of compassion, be aware of any self-judgments and biases that arise, and replace them with truthful, helpful, and kind language.

🦋So, let go of judgmental beliefs, cultivate self-compassion, and ...

Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

🦋There is nobody else like you in the world. So stop searching for faults and start celebrating your uniqueness.

🦋You are unique. There is no one else like you in the entire universe.

🦋In honour of your unique self, it is good to acknowledge and embrace the special qualities that make you the person that you are.

🦋One way to do this is to not compare yourself with other people because there is no one like us and this makes us incomparable.

🦋Each of us has very special gifts, and we are here for very specific reasons.

🦋We each have a life purpose to fulfill and with this comes the lessons that we must learn and the circumstances that we must go through in order to evolve as spiritual beings.

🦋To compare our lives to other people’s lives when we have no idea of what they are here to learn or fulfill doesn’t benefit anyone — especially you.

🦋Instead, if we can accept ourselves, appreciate the special talents and qualities that we alone possess, and realize that each of us is going through certain kinds of experiences for a reason, we are less likely to focus so much on what other people have or are doing.

🦋Realizing and valuing our uniqueness enables us to bring out the best in ourselves so we can get on with living, rather than preoccupying ourselves with meaningless comparisons.

🦋By no longer comparing yourself to others, you will see how much you have and how special you are.

Stay safe, stay true, stay you.

🦋Do you feel like being part of an invisible minority, often misunderstood and alienated. Because of this you might have developed a fear of connecting with others. You have put up a strong defense to protect yourself.

🦋It comes in waves of self-sabotage and can destroy your deepest desires.

Do you often ask yourself why things don’t go as planned?
Do you often second-guess or doubt yourself?
Do you don’t even try to reach your goal?
Do you find yourself doing things that result in the opposite of what you wanted?
Do you believe that you don’t deserve more and behave in ways that support that belief?
Do you focus on what is not working or not right?
Are you stuck in fear?
Do you feel you have no value?
Do you compare yourself to others?
Do you meet goals and then losing them?
Do you chase away relationships?
Do you have no purpose?

🦋Fight self-sabotage with self-care and self-love.
Know yourself. It is important to learn your triggers and identify your self-sabotaging behaviors.
Practice mindfulness.
Practice self-compassion.
Practice acceptance.
Reframe.
​Get more comfortable with failure.

🔆 The illusion of the "spiritual path"

The "spiritual path" is not about always being nice or wearing colourful clothes.

"Vibrating in love" in no way means judging nothing, and consequently painting all things that are visibly terrible just beautifully, and simply leaving everything as it is.

It's about being authentic.

To stand by yourself and your own values ​​without compromise.

Always reflecting on ourselves, recognizing our own mistakes and learning from them.

It's about daring what nobody dares.
To say what nobody says.
Questioning what everyone thinks.
To start what nobody starts.

Always saying NO when we feel that something is in conflict with our innermost being.

This can also sometimes mean banging on the table and saying STOP - enough is enough!

It's about staying true to ourselves despite all the consequences.

Because it's time to shine!

Once you take the spiritual world seriously you will start to see a sign in everything, everyone and every situation.

A Rainbow of Healing 🌈

Colours have the ability to trigger our emotions, affect the way we think and act, and influence our attitudes.

Colours are like words that form a subtle language of mood, energy and insight.

The colours you encounter throughout your day can make you feel happy or sad, invigorate you or drain your vitality, and even affect your work habits.

💙Blue is associated with immortality (China) as well as a colour of protection.

💚You unconsciously respond to the colour of the walls in your home, your car, your clothing, and the food you eat.

❤️Red excites us and inflames our passions. Too much red can make us feel overstimulated and irritated.

💗Pink tends to make people feel loved and protected but also can cause feelings of lethargy.

💛Yellow represents joy or optimism and can energize you and help you think more clearly.

🧡Bright orange reduces depression and sadness.

💚Blue and green are known to inspire peaceful feelings, and people are often able to concentrate better and work in rooms painted in soft blues and greens. The darker tones of both colours can make you feel serious and introspective.

🌈There are ways to integrate colours into your life that go beyond. You can meditate with colours by concentrating on the colours that make you feel peaceful or using a progression of colours to symbolize a descent into a relaxed state.

Colour breathing involves visualizing certain colours as you inhale and exhale.

Choose to surround yourself with the colours that you are attracted to and make you feel good, and you can create an environment that makes you feel nurtured, peaceful, and uplifted. ❤️💜💙💛🧡💚🤎💗🤍

No response is a response that demands respect.

🦋And it’s a strong one because most of us are uncomfortable with silence.

It’s as if silence is loud even though it’s the quietest.

So, when to use silence to get what you want, and how to deal with someone who doesn’t respond to you, that you will be comfortable with silence.

🦋No response triggers others to act.

The simplest thing you can ever do is not to respond. All you have to do is … nothing.

If you ever find yourself in an uncomfortable position because you’re guilty to avoid it, then perhaps you feel obligated to respond when you don’t need to and that’s why you keep tying yourself up with these complications.

Once you don’t react, your lack of response becomes a response because you’re letting others know that they also have to put in their share of work and that you’re not always going to cover them.

🦋No response is a response from a position of power.

People who don’t entertain BS from others because they know they are too good for this simply don’t respond.

Because they know that by simply responding, they are giving the BSer their attention, they make the BSer feel more important and his BS more credible.

Whenever you respond emotionally to someone who doesn’t deserve a response, you immediately stoop to their level and let them know what they think is valid to an extent.

But if you don’t respond, your powerful silence shows them that whatever they said is too silly that it doesn’t warrant a response.

Through silence, you show that you have standards for your attention and that you only reply to those who meet your standards.

🦋No response make people think twice.

When you don’t say anything back for a while, whoever wronged you will be forced to think about what they did and said, which is exactly what you need them to do if there’s any chance for them to keep dealing with you.

Silence is one of the best ways to correct bad behavior.

People should know that disrespect in any way never works with you, no matter how hard they try to trigger you.

Once they’ve realized that disrespecting you only gets you ignoring them, they’ll be less likely to mistreat you again.

Always remove your attention to set things straight.

🦋No response stops you from making mistakes and de-escalates.

Sometimes we react to conflicts or problems emotionally, respond a little too eagerly, and then wonder why we’ve escalated the situation when it wasn’t necessary.

By giving no responses, sometimes we make room for others to also think about their differences with you instead of going back and forth again for no actual reason.

🦋No response stops you from investing.

The more we act and speak, the more we invest.
The more we invest, the harder it is to stop investing.

What you need to do if you get triggered by someone in order to feel a positive change within yourself, although it hurt you in the first place.

🦋Try to dive deeper within and ask yourself …

🦋Why was this person able to hurt my feelings?

🦋What needs to be heard, seen and acknowledged?

🦋Where do I know this from? This behavior, those words?

🦋When did I experience those feelings the first time in my life?

🦋This process is so much more than healing trauma.

🦋It is returning to LOVE.

🦋It is reconnecting self trust.

🦋It is forgiveness.

🦋It is freedom.

❤️Because the answer is always within you!

🦋You need your inner guidance back to help you cut the cords that tie you to people, things and emotions.

🦋When all attachments are released, you can no longer be manipulated and hurt emotionally. This enables you to reclaim your superpower and be genuine.

Reframe your thoughts and free yourself from anxiety.

🦋Do you ever felt anxious when talking to people or in social situations, lying in bed at night or being around a certain someone, or watching the news?

🦋Finding freedom from your anxious thoughts and finding peace within your own mind.

🦋I had times in my life where the anxiety was running through my mind leaving me feeling useless, afraid, hopeless, and it was exhausting.

🦋How do your anxious thoughts leave you feeling? Consider how they affect you both emotionally and physically. Exhausted, stuck, useless, afraid, hopeless?

🦋The best place to start is by exploring your anxious thoughts and understand what is driving them.

Understand the two main things that drive anxiety.
1. Caring about the outcome.
2. Uncertainty about the outcome.
When both... anxious thoughts are inevitable.

🦋What thoughts left you feeling anxious recently? Notice any thought where you were worried about an unknown outcome.
For example… my boss is annoyed with me. People will laugh at me. I’m going to mess this up.

🦋Notice where the uncertainty is. What is the uncertainty in this situation?
Write it down as clearly as you can.
For example… I‘m not sure about… or it’s possible that… or maybe…

🦋What is it that makes you care about the outcome?
Notice the negative consequences if the situation doesn’t go well.
For example… I could lose my job… or I’ll feel lonely… or I‘ll be upset… or my ego will be bruised.

🦋This combination of uncertainty and caring it’s a tricky combo like dogs and squirrels… fine on there own but put them together ... boom 💥 ... it's terrible.

🦋There are so many situations in life that we care about but we are just not sure how they turn out, which means there is lots of room for anxious thoughts to arise.

🦋How can we release those thoughts?
Here is a top tip.
Notice the thoughts that leave you feeling anxious.

🦋If you know one thing for certain about anxiety it’s that it has a sneaky ability to weave itself in the all sorts of situations. So, we don’t want to tell ourselves that is not something I should feel anxious about or others wouldn’t feel anxious about that.

🦋Just write down the thoughts, make notes of them, and if we have high anxiety that might be loads of our thoughts, but that’s okay, we just write them down on a piece of paper. And it’s totally okay if the list gets pretty long.

💗And over time you notice just how big a difference simply noticing your anxious thoughts can make.
