What’s on your face?
Skin care is super important, especially in the summer. Between the rays from the sun, sweat, etc our faces take a lot on.
For me I need a cleanser and moisturizer that smells good, feels good, is as natural as possible, and doesn’t break the bank.
I buy this at Walmart for $7 a bottle and I am obsessed!! The fresh watermelon scent, goes on light and smooth, and will wash away all the sweat from my workouts and beach days!
Day 3/100 MM100 DONE!!! 💪
I almost didn’t get it in. Was not feeling it whatsoever. Definitely thought about skipping it.
Then at 10pm I had a live zoom call like I do on Tuesday nights and after the call I finally had that little motivation boost to get the workout done. It wasn’t perfect but I’m glad I did it - with modification of course. I feel better and more relaxed.
Back to my normal morning routine tomorrow though. No more late night workouts. Too hard to get going.

This was me a week ago. I knew I wasn't all in. I know I was only putting in half the effort. On Thursday, I decided enough was enough and I needed to go all in and really make some changes.
What is your biggest reason for not seeing your results?
Mine was #4, #5, #6, and #8. These were all the worst culprits. This week I am really focusing in on these and making sure these are the reason for my success and not my failure.

Nutrition is always perfect but sometimes you need to treat yourself.
I personally live on an 80/20 rule. 80% of the time I eat good nutritious food. The remaining 20% is junk food, salty snacks, and fast food. It’s all a balance.
You only have one life, so live it. If you want the chocolate bar, then eat it!!! That salad will still be there tomorrow.

As some of you know, I have a partial slipped disc causing a sciatic nerve issue. Until I can go to physio I am able to do yoga and stretching a few times a week. I am fortunate that I am able to work out at all though!
During this time I really want to dive into my nutrition and stretching out my body to prepare it for the workout program that I will be doing after my physio and I have the doctor approval to workout again.
I struggle BAD with eating healthy and portion control. I also struggle with consistency. I am looking for 10 ladies who also struggle with the same thing.

Getting some work done...
Some of you may have noticed that I have not been posting sweaty selfies or other clips of my workouts. The reason for that is because I have been battling some intense medical things. I have a partial slipped disc and will be heading to physiotherapy for it in the coming weeks. What's that mean? NO WORKING OUT 😭😭😭😭
I could use this as an excuse to quit my journey toward being healthier and usually I would have. Not this time. I am changing gears and I will be doing Yoga Studio workouts and meditation a few times a week and I will be concentrating on my nutrition with 2B Mindset. These programs will allow me a super low impact workout to stretch out my back and tone other parts of me and 2B Mindset and meditation will keep my mind in the best shape to be able to accept all of the changes that are coming.
I would LOVE to have some of my friends join me and do this program together! Let me know if you want me to add you into my June group, which is starting soon! You'll get a year membership to Beachbody On Demand (the Netflix of workouts), superfood shake to really kickstart your nutrition, a calendar to keep you on track, and several other amazing tools that are needed to be successful in your program.
