Welcome to Nadine Young Yoga. Both private and group classes are available. Your yoga studio at home. It is a bit of a love letter to my two young girls.
I offer live virtual hatha yoga classes, focussing on technique through strengthening, stretching, core work and integrating different muscle groups. Starting Nadine Young Yoga has been a goal of mine to create something for myself for quite some time. Childβs Pose
The most rehabilitative way to lengthen our muscles is in child pose. I love this pose for the relaxed and rejuvenated feeling that comes with it. It helps to lengthen and stretches the spine. It gently stretches the hips, thighs and ankles. It also is a great way to relieve neck and shoulder pain when the head is supported.
