One of the very keen ladies who always supports my Zumba classes in ryton is doing a 15k tough mudder for the charity 4Louis

Classes are £3 each, no booking required just pay on the door 😊

Come along and bring a friend for FREE only on 6th Jan!
To start the new year off right, each paying costumer on Friday the 6th of Jan will be able to bring a friend along for a FREE Zumba class!
It’s at greenside community centre, starting 4:00pm and finishing 4:45pm for only £3
Let’s get started on those new year goals!
