People change, companies change, industries change… this is a very dynamic business we are engaged in.
So many people believe objective data (like counting products made/shift) are unbiased for their purposes, but that is often not the case.
We would rather not experience schadenfreude - we’d rather be co-celebrating the client’s success. But sometimes schadenfreude will have to suffice.
Lit reviews always seem to have that chaotic feeling in the middle
