Puppeyrus will be hosting a 4V4 Magic Chess Tournament and we are happy to invite you and your team!

Participants’ Requirements:
1. The team must be composed of 4-6 players
2. The team captain must share this post publicly

Tournament Details:

What: Puppeyrus 4v4 Magic Chess Tournament

Available Slots: Unlimited
Deadline for registration: March 25th of 2022

Tournament Rules:
• Open to all tiers
• Starfall blade and Claude’s Theft Device (CTD) on Beatrix is not allowed
• Brown 3 is not allowed
• Mavis 2 is not allowed
• Lifted bans or any additional bans in commanders, equipment, and crystals will be communicated before the tournament starts.
• Open commanders
• No hero bans
• No chessboard bans
• Spectators: Up to 1 registered member per team
• Team captains will be added to their respective group chats.
• The upper seed in Challonge will be the lobby creator. The lobby creator must send a screenshot of the custom game lobby before starting the game and should wait for the Marshal’s go-signal. Failure to do so may incur penalties such as game loss, match loss, or full disqualification on both teams.
• Punctuality: 10 minutes maximum grace period
• Remakes are strictly not allowed. However, an exception may be given if there is a game system error. (Note: The governing Marshal will assess the situation whether a remake should be allowed. The Marshal's decision should be followed.)
• All technical issues such as hardware and internet connection are the sole responsibility of each player.
• After each game, the winning team is required to send a screenshot of the game result to prove their victory. Failure to do so may incur penalties such as game loss, match loss, or full disqualification on repeat instances.
• Disputes and offenses: Disputes and reporting of offenses must be done within 10 minutes after the game and should be reported along with evidence. Reports that do not have evidence will be ignored. Offenses that are reported after the given time allowance will no longer be entertained. Thus, the initial game outcome will be logged as the final game result.
• Any changes to the team roster once the brackets have been made will not be allowed.
• All rules and regulations found here are final, however, the organizers and/or marshals of the tournament may alter the rules or overrule any outcome to maintain the integrity of the tournament. In such cases, the organizers and/or marshal’s decision should be followed.

Tournament Format:
1. Elimination Stage
• All registered team
• Teams will be evenly distributed
• Single Elimination, Round Robin (0.5 per win)
• Best-of-2 for all matches
• 28 teams will advance to the qualifier

2. Qualifier Stage
• 32 teams (28 teams from Elimination Stage + 4 direct invite teams from Puppeyrus Esports)
• Single Elimination, King of the Hill
• Open commanders
• Best-of-3 for all matches
• 16 teams will advance to Group Stage

3. Group Stage
• 16 teams
• Single Elimination, King of the Hill
• Unique commanders
• Best-of-3 for all matches

4. Final Stage
• 2 teams
• Unique commanders
• Commander Skill Draft
• King of the Hill
• Best-of-5

Disqualification:
1. Dishonest or fake information
2. Duplicate players
3. Unsportsmanlike behavior, which includes bad behavior, toxicity, rudeness, and an attitude problem in the tournament’s group chat, in the lobby, in-game, and in chat
4. Failure to appear in the game lobby on the agreed time and after the given 10-minute time allowance
5. Disrespect towards other players, and tournament organizers/marshals
6. Any form of cheating. This includes the use of 3rd Party applications, piloting of accounts played by unregistered players, etc

Prize pool: Php 22,000 + 1,500 Diamonds and Epic skin for Finals MVP

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE:
• Open to all tiers and no rank requirement
• Ban Brown 3 (Reinforce)
• Ban Pao 1 (Shields Up)
• Open commanders
• No hero ban
• No chessboard ban
• No equipment ban
• No bug abuse
• No jumping on initial hero picking (Fatebox 0/Heroes Picking)
• The team captains will be added to their respective bracket's group chat
• There will be no game remake
• One registered player is allowed during Group stages and Play offs to spectate
• The one who created the lobby (upper seed) should send a screenshot before starting the game and wait for the Marshall's go signal
• The winning team is required to send a screenshot of the game results after each game. Failure to send will result to team disqualification

MECHANICS FOR GROUP STAGES:
• Round Robin Match Wins; Best of 2 KOTH

• Top 1 and Top 2 of each bracket will advance
• Tie-breaker

MECHANICS FOR FINALS:
• King of the Hill; Best of 5
• Walang Talunan:

He/She must surrender during the game after 5 minutes. The disqualified player is not allowed to deploy any units and must surrender immediately. • Commander Roulette:
- Commander roulette will start at the beginning of the game.
- The picking of commanders skills will be Team A - Team B respectively.
- All the commander skills can be used by all the players of the team and will be used for the whole series
- During Game 2 onwards, the 1st player of the previous Game will have a chance to pick his commander of choice while the 8th player will use Harper as his commander

• Commander Roulette (Tagalog):
- Mag roroleta ng commanders bago mag simula ang laro. Isang beses lang mag roroleta sa buong finals
- Mauuna mag roleta ang Top1 tapos sumunod ang Top2. Salitan ang pag roleta ng commanders
- Lahat ng Skill ng mga commander ay pwede gamitin ng mga players. Kung sino ang apat na commander na naroleta yun na ang gagamitin sa buong laro
- Sa mga susunod na laro, ang 1st player sa nakaraan na laro ay magkakaron ng pagkakataon na pumili ng commander na gusto nya gamitin. Kahit napili ito sa roleta o kapareho ng sa kalaban ay pwede gamitin. Samantalang kung sino ang 8th player ay Harper ang dapat gamitin na commander

DISQUALIFICATION:
• Dishonest or fake information
• A player of the team shows toxicity, bad behavior, attitude problem, in game, in chat and in lobby
• Players who have duplicate entries
• Players who will use the bug abuse
• Failure to be in-game lobby on the agreed time and after the given 10 minutes grace period
• Incomplete team players
• Disrespect towards other players, tournament organizers/handlers
• Any forms of cheating like the use of 3rd party apps, piloting or accounts played by unregistered players, etc.

• Organizers serve the right, in its sole discretion, to revise, update, change, modify, add to, supplement, or delete certain terms of official rules and regulation for any reason. Such change will be effective with or without prior notice
