November 24 will be a special day. My debut solo album Tell me The Story Again will be released. The album was made with love with friends. My dream was to move abroad and start writing songs in English. The journey included a lot of hesitation and disbelief in my own abilities. I wouldn't have been able to do it without help. I am lucky to have great people and wonderful professionals as my travel companions.

Once upon a time there was an arctic fox. Its home was in danger due to climate change, so its mother urged it to run to where the permafrost had not yet melted. The arctic fox ran even though she missed her family and felt she was different from the others.

I tell that story in the pictures. This and my other stories will be published on November 24th.

I have been unwell for almost one week. During covid time (3 years!) I have been sick only once, when I got covid. Before that, I had a lot of health problems. This reminds me again how important health and my voice is for me. When my voice is gone I feel like someone has stolen my personality and identity. Voice and the whole body are something worth keeping safe. So folks, always remember to take care of yourself. I also noticed how much working means to me. I would go nuts if I couldn't work. I love what I do, I love teaching, composing, and performing. If someone would take those things away, I would feel empty. Even a week has been a long time to not be yourself. Hopefully, I can get myself back next week. Take care of yourself and each other and let's stay home if we are not well.

The picture is from the beginning of covid time when I held a home concert online.

The journey did not continue to the finals, but it was wonderful that I made it this far among 923 applicants from 30 different countries. thanks to everyone for the support I received along the way 🫶❤️🙌🙏

Regards from San Remo, Italy. Tomorrow I will sing my song Artic Fox there. And hopefully, Arctic Fox manage into the world final as well.

How happy I am today that I’m getting old. My sight has been getting worse and I was worried that there was something serious going on so I got my eyes checked today. But it was only the age. How wonderful! I stopped to think about my age and I realised how thankful I am for all the experiences and things I have learned. There are some experiences that I would prefer not to have but more those I wouldn’t change. There have been difficult times and struggles but I’m quite happy where I am now. I wouldn’t be me without all those years and steps I have had to take.

The songs will be mastered today. To me, songs are like baby birds. Once they’ve been cared for and fed, it’s hard to drop them from the nest and see if they can fly.

The album will be released in November.

It is not brave not to be afraid but to be scared to death and move on.

We all need help sometimes. Sometimes it's challenging to find the right people to help. Even though I do a lot of exercises and take care of my body, I needed help today. Luckily I found Anna and Entropy Treatment Rooms in Maldron Hotel. Now I am relaxed and energetic.

I continued teaching yesterday and that reminds me that I could share some tips on how to get your vacationing voice wake up. Warm up your body is essential. I will share some tips soon!

My goal is always to express something more with composition than words can. It's great that we succeeded in this song!
