I had the pleasure of creating this Christmas cake for a fellow baker, whose work I admire. Jane’s Custom Cookies does beautiful cookie art. Check her out the next time you need some custom cookies.

Sami-naked cardamom cake with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. I grounded the cardamom myself for the maximum intensity of flavor. Used my gingerbread cookies for decoration.

Here is a little sample of what I’ve been working on for Sunday.

I listened to you all last year, and I have
12 Day ADVENT CALENDARS this year!!!!!
Each little door opens to deliver an individually wrapped detailed sugar cookie!
(From dough, to cutting, baking and decorating 240 cookies for these! 😵‍💫)

How to Book a Custom Cookie Order:

Message me here on Facebook with the following information:

• Date of event. You can place an order up to 3 months in advance.
• Date you would like to pick up your order at my home
• Design/Theme idea pictures (including invitations, inspiration pictures, color palettes etc…)
• Quantity of cookies needed (minimum order of 12)
• Special shipping requests (may cost extra)

I will respond to you within 2 business days (usually sooner) from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. to let you know my availability.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

Your calendar date and custom cookie order is secured upon me receiving payment in full. I need at least ONE week notice for “short notice”.

I ship cookies using UPS and require a 10-day window in addition to the time it takes to make and package your cookies.
$8/ per package cost for new box and fresh packaging material.

SHIPPING WARNING:

UPS has rarely failed me - however, shipping mishaps can occur. Because of this, I cannot 100% guarantee your cookie order’s arrival date, condition of cookies upon arrival, or potential loss. Once a custom order package is correctly and successfully given to UPS by me, it is out of my hands.

Expedited shipping is available upon request and costs extra. Please let me know if you prefer this option.

🕎🎁Holiday Cookie Classes! 🎄🎅🏻
November 28, 29, or 30th

Would you love to learn how to make beautiful holiday cookies?

AVAILABILITY:

⭐️Dates available are: Nov 28, 29, or 30th.
⭐️Times available are between 9a.m. - 9p.m (end time)
⭐️I teach classes to groups of 6-10 people.

LOGISTICS:

I arrive at your home or event place with:
• Pre-baked and prepped cookies (6 per person)
• Royal Icing in various consistencies
• Sprinkles, icing sugars, cute royal icing transfers
• Tools to perfect your masterpieces
• Drying racks and fans

BEGINNER CLASS:

We start by learning techniques using RI (Royal Icing) to practice straight lines, loops, and details. You will learn how to expertly flood your cookies and how to time the next steps to perfect the look of the cookies. We will then go through each step together with lots of hands on guidance (plus lots of laughter and fun). You will leave with your decorated cookies and some new skills for future cookie decorating!

PRICE:

• Class last for about 2-3 1/2 hours (depending on size)
• Cost is $60 per person (6 person minimum, or $360/ flat rate for 5 or less)

NITTY GRITTY:

• To reserve your class you must prepay in full to reserve your date.
• You must book at least ONE week in advance, and any cancellations must be done at least 3 days (72 hours) for a 50% refund of the total group cost
