Midsummer Mornings Meditation and Movement
As we transition from this past year into all the activities summer has to offer, all the social catch-ups and gatherings, it may feel good to start Monday morning (and every day) slowly and with intention. All of the hustle and bustle of summer may be overwhelming to our nervous systems. Taking the time to breathe, center, then move mindfully can empower us in establishing boundaries and practices to nourish and sustain the energy required to do what’s most meaningful and avoid burnout. It’s a chance to check in with our needs and then honor them!
This is an introduction to meditation and gentle movement for everybody.
We will briefly review various approaches to meditation and you will be invited to participate in:
a little bit of movement for everyBODY
a little bit of guided meditation
a little bit of focused breathwork
