In just 20 minutes I 🔥scorched 🔥228 calories.

ALWAYS - ALWAYS warm up the muscles you will be activating, which is all of them. ALWAYS cool down and or stretch afterwards. We’re not getting any younger and regardless of what society says 40 is still 40.

How do you stay flexible and create better mobility after 40?
I have been stretching more and more throughout the day. I am not going to kid myself into thinking I am getting younger, espcially since I will be another year older next week. But I will do everything in my power to stay mobile with each day that passes. Realizing that the world we are in today is plagued with a pandemic and health is my main way to combat it, I have to do what it takes to not let it take me.
What about you, what are you doing? Are you stretching?
A head roll left to right, a tall stance with arms straight overhead or reaching for your toes are just a few for you to do daily or before bed at night.

Gingerbread Oatmeal

3/4 cup Oats (rolled)
1 1/2 cups Water
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/8 tsp Ground Allspice
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp Blackstrap Molasses
1 tbsp Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Pecans (roughly chopped)

1. Add the oats and water to a small pot. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add the almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, allspice, vanilla, and molasses and stir. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until cooked through.
2. Add the oats to a bowl, top with cashew butter and pecans. Enjoy!

* Leftovers - Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat or eat cold.
* Nut-Free - Use oat milk or coconut milk instead of almond milk. Use sunflower or pumpkin seeds instead of pecans. Use sunflower seed butter instead of cashew butter.
* No Molasses -Use maple syrup instead.
* Additional Toppings - Add chia seeds to the oats while cooking.
* No Pumpkin Spice Mix - Use a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

Chocolate Tahini Layered Smoothie
DIRECTIONS:
* In a blender, add the milk, banana, romaine, chia seeds, tahini and protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour half of the smoothie into a glass.
* In the same blender, add the dates and cacao powder and blend until smooth and creamy.
* Pour the chocolate layer over the vanilla and swirl to combine. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup�Oat Milk�1/2�Banana (frozen)�4 leaves�Romaine (roughly chopped)�1 tbsp�Chia Seeds�1 1/2 tbsps�Tahini�1/4 cup�Vanilla Protein Powder�1 tbsp�Pitted Dates�1 tbsp�Cacao Powder

Happy August!!
I am working on another (something) Your Way Lean program. It is actually a burpee complex program. I don't know if I want to actually call it "Burpee Your Way Lean" of "Condition Your Way Lean".
I know everyone doesn't like burpees, but they do work of 25 major muscles at one time.

My day starts at 3:30am and ends about 10pm. Around 2:25pm I’m ready to fall out of pig out. Really my body is screaming for more energy, it’s my mind that has to stay in control.
I chose ketones to give me the energy and focus I need to continue my productivity. There’s nothing like this anywhere.

It gives us great honor to announcement our May Inspirational Stella!

Please help us welcome Veronica to the ranks of being Inspirational Stella for all of her commitment and consistent hard work to becoming a better version of herself!

Veronica continues to work hard on her dreams despite how Corona has changed the world. She remains focused and has taken the National Recommitment month of May to really push harder.

When asked how hard is it for her to stay Motivated during this time, she responded,
“I have this goal that I set last year 2019, that when I turn 50, this year 2020 I had to be fit at fifty not fluffy and fifty! So when the stay at home order was enforced which meant no gym, I had to switch gears because not working out and starting over wasn’t an option. I work with what I have at home. My go to stay at home exercises are planks, hip dips and now JUMP ROPE!!!
I do find it challenging at times to stay focused especially at this present moment, but as I said starting over isn’t an option. I realized my health is way more important to me at this age so I chose me for the WIN not let the Corona win!”

🎉Well done Veronica you are an inspiration to us all! 🎉

Don’t like it cause it’s pretty, like it when you feel it.
Toxic relationships, situationships, or any kind of ship. If it causes you pain, grieve, suffering and consistent sickness, that is not you place of health, healing or restoration.
Years ago I relocated because no matter how big the city was, I had a shortness or breathe everyday I woke up there. I had to establish a season of leaving and move in that season. The natural air quality may not be the best in Texas but my physical and mental is 💯.
