Congrats to these soon-to-be parents!!

Hello all! It's been a minute! Probably because I've been drowning in 5,000+ dance recital photos, BUT they are finally complete!

To ALL Dance Shop Clients:
This is the first time I've ever sold individual downloads, so bare with me. They are $5 each for the first 5, $4 each for the next 5, $3 each for the next 10, $2 for the next 5, $1 for the next 25, and from there, after the price decreases to 0.75, 0.50, 0.25, 0.10, and 0.05 at various quantities. Please only purchase photos of your own dancers. I can see who downloads each photo so I'm asking for everyone to be fair and not try to "work the system." I feel like with the tiered pricing, I've made it fair for those who have multiple dancers or a dancer that was in multiple numbers.

In order to make the gallery a little more private, it is password protected. The password is a number code of the two dates the recitals were held on. For example, if I wrote today's (08/03/2023) and yesterday's (08/02/2023) dates as the code, it would be: 82238323. No zeros before the single digit numbers, and only 23 for the year with the earlier date coming before the later date. If that's too confusing just PM me (verify that you are a parent of a dancer) and I'll send it to you.

I tried to capture everyone evenly and each number evenly, but some of the nights, I was limited in what I could capture, especially if the performances were on just one of the nights or not everyone was there for rehearsal, so if I missed your dancer, I'm sorry! There is a chance I may have more photos that didn’t make the cut due to various reasons, and if I missed anyone feel free to reach out to me and I’ll see what I can find.

To make it a little easier, the photos are in categories of each number— example: “Nursery Rhymes”— and if you look at the top of the page there is a drop down menu where you can click to whichever dance number you are looking for. If it all seems overwhelming, you can favorite ❤️ photos as you scroll through and come back later to finish sorting through them and deciding which ones you want to purchase. Hope you all enjoy the photos.

Congrats on 20 years to this couple. Longer than Branjelina lasted! This was a fun way to spend a random Tuesday, and I loved exploring some of my hometown's favorite photo spots with this family!

Loved exploring one of my favorite towns with the perfect backdrops at every corner with these two! Congrats to Curtis and Livesay on their engagement and can't wait to be with you two on your wedding day. The last photo is my favorite-- though not the most picturesque or wall-worthy thanks to it being dusk, that light house is where he proposed so it's significant to them as a couple.

I've known this family for a long time and it was a pleasure to capture them while everyone was together for the holidays!!

I guess there's a first time for everything-- my first pig photoshoot. I had a lovely mini session with Aubrey and her pig!

This engagement session adventure began with ice cream at Dreamette, a walk in the park, and getting lost in the romance section at Chamblin Bookmine-- each spot was a significant location for this sweet couple from the location of those critical few first dates to the bench he proposed-- even a very special tree that the future bride planted in celebration of another year of her survival. Cheers to Sara and Marcus. I can't wait to capture their special day

So, maybe it's been a minute... but so glad to be ramping things back up with RDL photography and what a better way to start it off with my first ever vow renewal for this sweet couple and their children. New vows and new rings (made from heirloom jewelry) to represent the promise of "We Still Do"

RIP to my MacBook. I have officially killed it! It’s been a good 5 years! To anyone waiting on galleries, expect delays (as if having a baby and Christmas season didn’t cause enough delay 🤦🏻‍♀️) but I’ll have a new one in about 4 days and will pump them out ASAP 💪🏻. Hope you all have a great new year, and it’s because of my awesome clients that am able to replace it so quickly.

Hello. It’s me.....

It’s been a minute. Can I just confess something? I hate the obligation of posting something on the reg— but it’s what us photographers are supposed to do to remind you that we are still here (social media marking 101!), so after a year and a half of no posting on Instagram, I am indeed still here, booking seniors and weddings for 2021.

Holla if you need a photographer and have been wondering if I still even have my camera. Or don’t, I also very much enjoy the slowness with my family, too ❤️

Meet Seth! He is a part of the class of 2021 and has a passion for vintage tractors and his truck. Here's just a sneak preview of our session on Sunday! (Actually the first three photos were taken a few weeks ago but it started raining, so we finally got to finish the rest of his session at Camp Milton!)

Friday my family went to Animal Kingdom to take advantage of our pass extension, spent the night in Gainesville, then I shot this gorgeous wedding in Micanopy, Fl. It was small and simple, but oh so perfect. Congrats to Patrick and Marguerite!

My busy weekend started with this wonderful family at Cu**er Arts Museum on Thursday. They make a family calendar each year with these photos. Angela and Dustin will also be celebrating 15 years of marriage on Thursday!!
