Not really Newquay, Cornwall but we had to share this! An un-expected side effect to the flooding in Pakistan is Millions of spiders having to climb the trees to escape the rising flood waters, because the floods were so extensive and have taken so long to recede the trees have become cocooned in spiders webs. People have been reporting virtually no Mosquitos, considering the amount of stagnant laying water around, the spiders have saved millions of lives from Malaria! - Natures silver lining :)
