Jessica started training at Karen Harris Fitness in November 2023, training twice a week. She
also plays football and has started C25K ⚽️🏃♀️
Throughout her journey, Jessica has demonstrated unwavering dedication, giving her all
during each training session. She has made significant progress in both strength and
endurance.
While she admits that managing her nutrition has been challenging, Jessica has
consistently met her macros and calorie goals, whilst occasionally incorporating some of her
favourite takeaways and treats …. and why not?
I’m so proud of what she has achieved, and she fully deserves her amazing results. Its
rewarding to see a much happier and more confident version of Jessica. All credit to her! 🥰🏋♀️🥳
Well done to all the Santas who took part in today's 5km soggy Santa Dash at Preston Docks. We have raised £265, with more donations on the way.
