When it comes to birth control, let me explain why it causes depression...
Birth control contains fake estrogen and progesterone called progestin that increases thyroid and s*x hormone-binding globulin (SHBG,) effectively decreasing the available testosterone and thyroid hormone in circulation, which can render you of nun-like libido and functionally hypothyroid or depressed, constipated, overweight, cloudy, and with dry skin and hair! It promotes oxidative stress and leaves you depleted of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
It's no wonder why women are left thinking they are crazy, makes them depressed, and makes them anxious after stopping birth control.
This is why I tell everyone woman who contacts me about how they are feeling to AVOID prescriptions at all cost after stopping birth control.

Good morning! Have you ever considered that you might have vitamin and mineral deficiencies? It's important to make sure we get all the nutrients our bodies need to function properly especially after stopping birth control.
Here are some signs of common deficiencies:

You feel like you shouldn't because of this small voice in your head telling you how wrong it is for you.
After a few months off, you start to realize how much damage it did to you.
It caused you to become infertile, horrible cramps, constipation, acne, hair loss, weight gain, period is lost and these are just the things that women have told me personally. That's not including the 3 pages of side effects that the doctors don't even know about because they are only taught to give you a pill for hormonal problems.
Birth control has never been good for women.
We have just been indoctrinated that it is good for us. They used different tactics to manipulate us to believe that having a child will hinder us from having a life. 🙄 Really? The people who carry a baby for 9 months. Ones who actually bring life into this world can't have a life. Why can't we? If anything that should give us more motivation to have a better life for our child.
Stop giving into their agenda.
Birth control is not the only way to not get pregnant. They just want you to believe that so they can put more money in their pocket.
