Zuma and Puma are doing well—they’re currently staying with one of the rescue volunteers in Muscat.

Unfortunately, after a vet visit last week, we found that Puma has scars on her face and body, possibly from another dog attack.

Luckily, Zuma protects and takes care of her baby sister, licking her infected eyes to clean them.

Their recent vet bill was quite high due to updating their vaccines, getting them microchipped and getting drops for Puma’s eyes.

Just a reminder that we are still selling pet bandanas for this cause as well as accepting donations—the GoFundMe link is in our bio or you can DM us to purchase a bandana 🧡

When you buy a bandana from us, you’re not only supporting a local small business AND a local non-profit organization… you’re supporting a cause. 🐕❣️

The profits from each and every bandana sold will be donated to our rescue partner to support Puma & Zuma 🐕🐾

1 bandana = 1 more day in a safe space to eat, sleep, play and be cared for.

Which bandana is your favourite?

Hello everyone, my name is Allie Jehle and I started the Pacific Pet Project with a mission to work with animal rescues overseas to rescue, rehabilitate and help abandoned cats and dogs find their forever homes in the Pacific Northwest.

I'm excited to share that I am selling these beautiful pet bandanas handmade in BC by my friends Ashley and Baker at Fluffy Pup Boutique in an effort to raise funds for Zuma & Puma, two wadi dog sisters who were rescued a year ago by The Wave Cats & Dogs Rescue in Muscat, Oman. (Learn more about Zuma & Puma here: https://gofund.me/e83f1b22)

All profits from these 'danas will be donated to The Wave to help pay for Zuma & Puma's boarding costs until we are able to find them their forever home. To purchase, please send us a private message with your order details and address, or email me directly at [email protected]

We have multiple bandanas in multiple sizes - please see below

Price & Sizing Chart:
$20 - Small - 10-19lbs
$22 - Medium - 20-40lbs
$24 - Large - 41+lbs

Our cat, pictured, is about 10 lbs and wearing a small!

We have also set up a GoFundMe campaign for donations to further support this initiative. Please read Zuma & Puma's story, learn more about The Wave Cats & Dogs Rescue and the difficulty of dog rescue in Oman, and consider donating to our cause here: https://gofund.me/e83f1b22

Thank you!
