WEEK 7
i love teaching yoga. i miss teaching in a studio A LOT (especially after experiencing the funniest technical issues the past couple weeks)
however, i am not going to stop teaching virtually.

yoga is a practice. it can be done anywhere. when i moved to Thailand in 2014, Deb Radigan said to me before i left: "do a downdog every day" and that kept me anchored to my practice. i would excuse myself during the first two week training there and go take a downdog in the hallway of the hotel. i would even get people i just met to come and join me for some yoga in the hallway in the mornings 😂

anyways- if you have read this far, join me this week!

Get your kids moving and connecting with a new face via virtual yoga with kenz! 5+ years as a teacher and many kids yoga classes under my belt makes me SO excited to offer this!

Message me to book a private virtual yoga class for your kiddos! Many of my friends who are parents have mentioned the stress of balancing their own WFH life, home-schooling their own children, and add everything on top of that and not being able to go outside to play at the park or the beach!
