I am a freelance paralegal. I have my own business. I pay my own taxes and provide my own office equipment. As an attorney who contracts me you have no overhead. However, I am still legally working under your supervision and your license is on the line. The latter is one of the many reasons why attorneys bill out paralegals for much more than they pay us. The attorney is running a business. It is just an example but if you hire me to conduct 20 hours of research, pay me $25 an hour, bill me out at $75 an hour, you end up paying me $500 and you profit $1000. You would not only profit financially but you would also acquire 20 extra hours to do things that only you can do. Would you like to have extra time and money? If so, message me. Assistant Legal Research Analyst Assistant Legal Research Analyst provides legal research and writing services to attorneys in the United States and aboard.

I am now offering services to the general public. The services I am offering are limited by law. I am a paralegal. I am not an attorney. I am not licensed to practice law. I cannot represent you in court and I cannot give you legal advice. I can provide forms, general guidelines, and basic directions pursuant to In Re Thomas, 574 S.W. 2d 365. Only two people can legally represent you: 1) An attorney can represent you; or 2) You can represent yourself. Representing yourself is called "pro se". The basic services I am offering to the general public are for those who desire to represent themselves. My fees are the same as they are with attorneys. They are $25 an hour, with a $200 minimum, and with a $500 cap on a basic project. I personally believe it is always better to have an attorney. However, everyone cannot afford an attorney. Some people are smart and attentive enough to represent themselves.
