Time for back to school! We started last week and so far so good. How are you feeling about back to school?

Who has the I'm a Hungry Dinosaur and I'm a Dirty Dinosaur books? Did you know the illustrator used real cocoa in the hungry book and real dirt in the dirty book to make these pictures... how fun is that? May try some cocoa art with the girls later! They seem to have no trouble with their dirt art!

Check out this virtual reading and movement program that my friend developed. It starts June 22, is 6 weeks and it's FREE! It encourages 20 minutes of reading and 20 minutes of exercise, 5 days a week. The program will provide weekly virtual camps, a newsletter with resources and exercise suggestions, a tracker, and Facebook group for accountability and interaction. It's geared for kids 3-9 years old.
My 7 year old did a trial run and loved it! I'm going to help run the program and would love to "see" you there! What questions do you have?

Need an idea for a sensory bin? We made rainbow rice yesterday! (Got the idea from my amazing nanny friend Kim Landis!). It was fun and easy to make (1 cup rice, 1 tsp vinegar and food coloring.... shake in a container and lay out to dry about an hour). Btw... the colors are all combined now ... that lasted about 2 seconds... Haha!

There seems to be a day for everything and today it is Frog Jumping Day! I know some girls in my house who are going to enjoy this one! Will you add frog jumping to your day today?! 😁
