So, here’s a little something we did for a customer a few months back…

Customer was complaining about bad MPG and loss of power.

Upon inspection the turbo had excessive play and was also starting to pass oil.

So we just decided to replace the standard PD105 turbo with a PD130 turbo.

The intake manifold was completely full of carbon build up and as a result we also replaced the intake manifold with a spare PD130 intake we had laying around that had previously been cleaned ready to go on, so we did exactly that.

Also added a PD150 turbo intake pipe for increased air flow for the slightly bigger turbo, EGR deleted and EGR cooler delete (both supplied new by us!) , 3” MAF and a come air filter.

Then last of all it was remapped with a popcorn limiter.

Absolute transformation.

Bit of work on this 2013 Ford Focus.

Came to us with a knocking noise…upon inspection think it’s quite obvious what the knock was.

Replace rear anti roll bar link.

Replaced both rear shock absorbers.

Replaced the front disks and pads.(forgot the get the after pics😂)

Customer very happy, no more knocking!

Common issue on the 1.9tdi engines…

Really bad carbon build up, this one is no exception.

EGR delete supplied and fitted and intake cleaned for this customer along with a stage 1 remap and popcorn limiter.

The difference is night and day, pulls much better through all the gears, limiter sounds spot on and MPG much better.

Another motor back on the road😁

This poor corsa came in need of a set of rear disks and pads… but upon further inspection as usual needed a couple more bits expected.

Replaced the rear disks and pads with brand new replacements, then realised the caliper and wheel bearing both needed replacing aswel as a rear break line.

So ended up having both sides rear disks, wheel bearing, caliper and break line…

Needless to say was more then needed, back safe and sound, happy customer!😁

Well…where do I start here?

This is a prime example of people not taking pride in there work and having no sort of idea of the dangers they can put people in…

This car arrived with ”blown front shocks” but upon further inspection, it would seem unfortunately that’s not the case here.

Turns out the front shockers where still new.

The issue was the previous garage that did the work rounded both pinch bolts causing them not to tighten up properly.
(One of the nuts and bolts wasn’t even the correct fitting)

This caused the shockers to drop and near enough sit on top of the drive shafts, I was absolutely shocked ironically, this could have ended in tears.

Amazed that no real damage was caused and we could get this car back on the road safe for the driver and other road users!
