It's nearly that time again. A great turn out this week with some new faces joining in the zumba fun. It's never to late to join available to everyone, no dance experience needed. Kick off 2023 with a fitness challenge and join Jess for Zumba! Classes are 50 minutes with plenty of breaks, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced Zumba-goers. Move to the beat of your favourite Latin rhythms and pop songs, with the intensity increasing as we add on arms and upper body movements.
Beyond the physical, it's a great place to make friends, get your groove on and have a laugh. Every 6 weeks, the playlist is updated so you can try something new each time.
Bring your friends and plenty of water - everyone is welcome! Message me now to secure your spot.
Happy New Year Everyone!! Classes will start again Mon 9th Jan and Tues 10th Jan @5.30pm. I'm going to be releasing some New Year offers, so keep your eyes peeled.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and has been to zumba classes since October. It's been a short year for Zumba with Jess, but i can't wait to see what 2023 brings. Have the best Christmas, and see you all ready to zumba are hearts in January!!!
